Questions in the States. 29/03/11

4. The Deputy of St. Martin will ask the following question of the Minister for Home Affairs –

“Will the Minister inform Members of the circumstances that led to the recent abortive search of a property in St Ouen, is he satisfied that appropriate steps were taken to allay a sense of grievance and, given the difficulty in identifying addresses particularly in rural parishes, is the Minister of the view that before States Police execute searches they should liaise with the Chef de Police of the relevant parish?”

9. Senator S.C. Ferguson will ask the following question of H.M. Attorney General –

“If an officer employed by the States, when discussing a problem with a member of the public tells that person not to contact any politicians about the problem, is that officer guilty of contempt of the States Assembly?”

11. Deputy T.M. Pitman of St. Helier will ask the following question of the Minister for Home Affairs –

“Will the Minister confirm whether he was ever advised by the Chief Minister that the former Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police had requested, on 3rd April 2010, that his response to the Wiltshire Report should be published?”

Talkback on the 21/03/10.

Well at last I’ve upload the Audio from the Talkback program that went out on Sunday morning the 21/03/10.

We had Senator La Marquand & Deputy Le Herissier. Talking about the ACPO report that had been published on the Voice for Children & Stuart Syvret’s Blog site’s.

I’ve gone thought the recording & it’s too hard to say what should or what shouldn’t be cut from it, so I’ve uploaded the lot. I’ve divided it up into 15 part’s, So tonight I have put up the first 7 & I’ll put up the remaining 8 in the next few days.

It really is a must listen with old unflappable La Marquand losing it a few times & old Roy Le Herissier with so many splinter’s in his bun from sitting on the fence, he went home after this to make a dinning room table.

Rico your on the part 5 & VFC your on part 7.

Hope it’s going to be useful.

Saturday 12 March 2011

This Minister is out of Control.

Senator La Marquand should go & live down under, where Kangaroos are common place. His jumping around not doing interview's then does when told he is going to look stupid if he does not. That is what happened the other night, so he was forced to do the interview.

Here is another one of our Minister of Home Affair's speech's in the the States & you can tell he can't stand Mr Power & Mr Harper & he is going to do anything posible to blame these two for everything, even if he has to break the law & spend million's in made up report's, sorry "ourchap report's". You would think all this came out of Fiction book.
He was speaking on Deputy Tadier's Amendment on having a Committee of inquiry.

Just like to point out that if you did not catch it, you would have heard Senator La Marquand name Mr Harper, that alone is not alowed & Mr Harper's name should be taken off of Hansard. But he also called him an "incompetent maverick" I myself think the term sum's up the Senator quite well ! & you would have noticed that no one apart from Deputy Tadier pulled him about this. It is common that if one of the not in "the in crowd" say a member of the public's name they get shouted down by the Establishment. But not this time because they are all in the cover up & the fall guy's are Mr Power & Mr Harper.  The Truth needs to come out but it's not the Establishments side that the majority of this Island gets to hear. The Fight  goes on.

Now you must go back & have a read & watch the Video's on Rico Sorda's Blog. You can see them Here

Tonight's Radio Interview. Mr La Marquand, Mr Power & Mr Hill.

Today our Home Affair's Minister published a redacted version of the Wiltshire Report, without Mr Power the right of reply, ie publishing Mr Power's 62,000 word defence to Wiltshire report.

So have a listen to the Interview that happened on BBC Radio Jersey at 5 O clock this evening below.

I will say the Gloves are off. Senator La Marquand is making it up as he goes along, I Know who I believe & it certainly is not the Senator.

Saturday 5 March 2011

Senator Le Gresley hits back at Senator Le Marquand.

Senator Le Gresley proves he does he's research & puts our Minister for Home Affairs right.
First of all we had Senator Le Marquand giving his point of view in the debate on Deputy Bob Hill's Amendment.

Then the next day Senator Le Gresley came back with the left hook to put Senator Le Marquand in his place & with some interesting fact's that Senator Le Marquand did not want us to hear.

Now here with have Senator Le Gresley talking on Radio Jersey Friday evening on how he thinks it all went. I can't help but think the presenter was not to happy or something about having a Inquiry, or am I reading to much in to it.

Have to say a Big Thank You to Senator Le Gresley, he has certainly got off in to the swing of things quickly & on the right side.

Thanks go to Deputy Bob Hill & Deputy Tadier is well.
"You have all done well"

4 Principled Politicians that did Speak.

These 6 did not speak on the Committee of inquiry as that had just been amended.

Deputy Duhamel you are so lucky that I for some reason or other have NOT "to my disapointment" got your ramballings about Cold weather Payments to the Old. But anyone can read them on Hansard. Or your Christmas Speach.
Do not think you can sit at the back & say nothing, we do have memory's. Role on the Elections.

Connetable Murphy,

Connetable Refault.

Senator Maclean

Deputy Gorst.

Senator Le Marquand.

Here we have 4 more of the 11 Jersey Politicians that could be bothered to speek on there reason's NOT to vote for the Committee of inquiry as that had just been amended.

Deputy Pryke.

Deputy Noel.

Senator Ozouf.

O yes I nearly Forgot our Dear Leader Senator Le Sueur.

Deputy Jeune I put up the other night, made the 5 up.

Wednesday 2 March 2011

Deputy Jeune the Woman of Princible.

This woman should not be any were near the States building let alone Sitting in it representing the people of St Brelade No. 1.

She hardly ever speaks & when she does, you have to scratch your head & think what on earth is she on about. She must sit in the States listening to Woman’s Hour! Because there is know way she is listening to the Debate.

She just wants to be in with the COM. All ways votes the way Senator Ozouf wants his Lamb’s to vote.

She said her Husband went to Haute de la Garenne & does not want a committee of enquiry & all her friend’s say the same. Well I know someone that went there & he said he had a good time there, but that does not mean that things did not happen there, he or her husband & her Friends were not the Chosen one’s, because like my friend he is not quite so they could not shut them up so they were not ever going to be Special.

Deputy Jeune you are embarrassing & you do not deserve to keep your seat Latter this year. I will do my bit to get you out.

Have a Listen to what she had to say today on the Debate on having a COI.
