YET another bungling Minister, perhaps she is taking lessons from ILM!
Unless I mis-heard or wasn't paying enough attention, but I can't see that she answered a single question! The next thing I can see happening is that she will be saying things like "it feels like grouhd-hog day" because people are asking the same questions, that she won't answer.
Well Deputy Pryke, rather like Ian Le Marquand, I should think you will be in for a few ground-hog days, until you start answering the questions that are put to you.

It's certainly needed in the current political climate. Every local blog that dares question the establishment is.
And I think you'll find as the next election approaches it'll be needed more than ever.

How easily the rehearsed answer to a written question is delivered. Why does everything become so mumbled and hesitant if it is followed by a supplementary or point of clarification?
