What came out plus a lot of secrecy is that the Chief Executive Bill Ogley had complete responsibility to pay his friend Pollard from health without going through normal channels or any other checks and balances.
It does beg the question, If Ogley can hand out a mere £300,000 of the public's money at will, what else could he get up to should he have felt like it ?

Sorry I should not have said blackmail. I meant that Bill Ogley could ask the police to keep secret files on politicians and then turn around and blame them, meaning Harper or Power. I know they are the good guys. I was suggesting a way they could of been completely innocent of wrongdoing and set up by B.O. He was said to have the real dirt on everybody.
Ozouf appears to think that he can speedily dismiss something and if he says that's the end of it, he expects everyone to take heed and obey!!
I think his haste may well be his undoing!!
Ozouf is the only one of them who is keeping up with the blogs. The others are stuck in some expired universe. Do not underestimate Ozouf. He is far more dangerous to truth and democracy than any other individual because he is the only one who is not an inept buffoon. Ozouf will destroy Jersey with a smile and he will con any outsiders who try investigating. He always knows what the truth is and how to sidestep it quickly. His blog is an example of rapid response to dispel and distort any new facts in evidence just published by citizen media.
