Reaction from the Napier Report.

The Interview of Deputy Bob Hill & Chief of police Mr Graham Power By Chris Rayner on BBC Radio Jersey just after 5 this evening.

Both are having to correct Chris & say that there was a Conspiracy in getting rid of him. With meetings going on for months before the suspension happened.

Both BBC & the Channel Report news tonight said that this report says that there was NO Conspiracy?

This will not be the end of this sorry story.

TJW.

Thanks for giving us this interview. As you have eluded to in the main posting, the "accredited" media are going with the line "there was no conspiracy" to oust Mr Power QPM.

We all know that is not correct. Mr. Napier QC said he had seen no "evidence" of a conspiracy. There is a big difference. Could it be that the reason he saw no "evidence" was because Napier's Terms Of Reference were doctored? So he was prevented from seeing any evidence?

The truth will out.......

The old adage you can fool some of the people some of the time
Not all of the people all of the time.

There was a conspiracy, otherwise why would they have been planning it for weeks.... who is fooling who???

Not only should heads roll, Government Ministers should be held accountable past and present....

Hi All.

Thanks for the comments, I'm doing this for the Truth as every one else that blogs. But also when the interviews happen you get them Live, then you only get parts of a interview in the news, so now there are on the web for ever in full.

Hi All.

I'm just wondering were all this leaves our Home Affairs Minister, Senator Ian Le Marquand. He put all his backing behind the wrong cop, should he get away with all he said about Mr Power.

What a Scandel.

So it looks like it was the original part D from the Terms of Reference that was left out?

(d) Review all information relating to the original suspension procedure,
including relevant sections of the published Affidavit from the
suspended Chief Officer of Police.
