This story I first heard about last year by two different people with there own hang on it. But listening to his story just makes me think "Here's another story that this Government would like to go away" What a Island we live in! I bet they wish they Hanged Him all those years ago!
Carrie Cooper ask's the Questions. First Interview is with Mr Norton's Lawyer.
Now Mr Norton.
Why so many Big Questions over here about evidence going missing?
Now Mr John Hemming MP being interviewed by Simon Jupp, talking about more of the same !!
Cover Ups!
But they the BBC did not play the bit about Super - Injunction ?
Why did they forget to tell us about that ?
TheJerseyWay would like to Credit & Thank BBC

Nice one TJW, many thanks, and please send me a link :)

Alan Norton's lawyer wants to know where the evidence has gone and Tim le Coq won't tell him? We remember when Daniel Wimberley asked for an audit trail of the child's skull unearthed at Haut de la Garenne and Ian Le Marquand didn't know what an audit trail was/is! Funny that the law profession (or parts of it) over here has a problem when it comes to supplying evidence isn't it?
Ian Le Marquand is just as evasive as the Attorney General when it comes to proving his CASE

It would come as no surprise if the BBC actually brought the Super Injunction THEMSELVES!
Thanks Ian & VFC.
As for this.

Well as I've said before "what goes on in this Island is no ones bussiness" But the BBC taking out Super - Injunctions, goes completely off the scale.
We've not got a chance.
TJW.
In good old BBC style Andrew Marr issued a Super-Injunction HERE
Hi VFC.
Yes he did but he did it for himself, not for the corporation of the whole BBC.
It is no surprise that Alan won't go near a Jersey Lawyer, just listen to the way his current Lawyer deals with the problems in this case. Then, for those with experience of Jersey Lawyers, cast your minds back to the timid and submissive manner in which they allegedly defended you!
This whole system is rotten to the core.

"Yes he did but he did it for himself, not for the corporation of the whole BBC."
That is correct but there is an argument to be had that his actions are representative of the BBC's
I thought for one horrible moment you were talking about Murray Norton...
Excellent work. Making relevant extracts available through specific links is very important.
Hearing it brings it alive and that's the way you want to keep it.
Rath ar an obair.
