The BBC report on the Pitman's Concerns.

Matthew Price of Jersey Radio reports on the Pitman's concerns about the Lawlessness of the Law Offices in Jersey & the British Government just lets this lot do what they want!

And HERE is a little something about Tim Hanson & one of his partners.

And HERE is that partner!

What an absolute farce that excuse for BBC spin was, I bet Hanson himself wrote that diatribe for Jerseys branch of the British Bullshit Corporation.

Dear oh dear, what a woeful piece of "journalism". If I was either of these two muppets I would be embarrased to have produced that waste of 10 minutes air time.

Why didn't Victori save herself all the trouble of phoning the Uk and interviewing Hanson when she could have just read this?

We had a case where an ex Bailiff was a Judge on a case that his brother now Deputy Bailiff was sitting on. Rule of law in Jersey, where a Judge has a conflict he must step down. The then Judge now Assistant Chief Minister would not step down. This is completely unlawful, lets open this debate.

The word from the viewer who phoned in 'the Pitmans are stirring things up' what Jersey are so good at, is keeping things hidden. I respect the Pitmans and I believe in the UK they would have won their case but not in Jersey and we all know why. The Establishment look after the Establishment.

The Law Society takes active steps if they are "concerned about the rule of law" in Jersey? Why should THEY be concerned? They make up the rule of law.

"The law society would be the first to investigate." if there were "concerns about corruption." Why should THEY be concerned? They make the corruption work for them.

Thanks TJW.

Just two points.

One the Law Society have not been privvy to any of the cases or facts that Mike higgins and I are collating. So how Tim Hansen can say all is fine is ridiculous. unless they already know of the dodgy goings on and have been happy to keep quiet about them?

Secondly, dear Victoria butchered an 11 minute interview with me that went in to great detail. She coweered away from telling her listeners the rather inconvenient FACT that Le Breton being conflicted and in breach of ECHR Article 6 is an EVIDENCED fact.

Funny why a reporter would keep that quiet...
