8.  Deputy R.G. Le Hérissier of St. Saviour will ask the following question of the Minister for
Planning and Environment –

“What has been the trend in the last 5 years in respect of nitrate levels in the water supply and, in
the case of an adverse trend, what mitigation measures, if any, are in place in order to reduce
levels?”
