2. Deputy M. Tadier of St. Brelade will ask the following question of the Minister for Health and
Social Services –
“Can the Minister advise whether a need for additional funding has been identified for respite
services for families and young adults with complex needs and advise what contingency plans, if
any, have been made, for when the present contract with Highlands Luxury Care Home
terminates on 31st May this year?”
3. The Connétable of St. John will ask the following question of the Minister for Economic
Development –
“Would the Minister advise whether the current pay and conditions of Condor Ferries’ crew was
a consideration when the decision was made to extend the company’s permit to operate car and
passenger ferry services to and from the Island and, if not, why not, given the recent industrial
action taken by staff?”
7. The Connétable of St. Helier will ask the following question of the Minister for Economic
Development –
“Would the Minister explain what steps, if any, he is taking to ensure the continuity and
reliability of fast ferry services between St. Helier and St. Malo?”
9. Deputy M. Tadier of St. Brelade will ask the following question of the Minister for Home
Affairs –
“Given the Police have stated that a forensic investigation has failed to identify who was behind
the threatening letters sent to a number of individuals linked to the case involving the former
Deputies Pitman, can the Minister clarify whether anyone was actually interviewed and whether
or not DNA testing was undertaken?”
Urgent oral question –
The following urgent oral question has been approved by the Bailiff since the Order Paper was
published on 13th February 2014.

Affairs –
“Would the Minister advise whether a former prison employee had an inappropriate relationship with
a prisoner at HMP La Moye and, if so, what assurances can he give that correct safeguards are in
place so that such alleged practice may not occur in future?”

Is there a direct source for the claim the prisoner strongly denies the allegations made? Is the Minister relying on a newspaper article claims?

I'm not reading any denial in the above quote from the barrister attributed to Curtis Warren of sexual activities.
