The Chief Probation Officer talks to Roger Bara.

From about 5m 30s in, it gets really interesting. They started talking about the Police being to heavy handed with children & he said may be with out thinking, that it used to be a lot better. So when was it Better before Warcup or before Power. You can here that he realises that he may of said something that he really shouldn’t of.

TJW.

Goog old Roger keeping up the BBC standard, rescuing the establishment and not asking the most blatantly obvious question. "Who's watch was it on, Graham Power's or David Warcup's?"

Very interesting, I almost felt blushing! It would be interesting to find out in what policing period the report was made up for!!
