I am sorry about the sound interference on the Audio, it was out of my control.
9. The Deputy of St. Martin will ask the following question of the Chief Minister –
“Given that the explanations given as to why and when the Napier Terms of Reference were altered refer to decisions taken after R.39/2010 was presented to the States, will the Chief Minister inform Members when this was done and who was party to the decision and explain why he and the Deputy of St. Martin were not party to the discussions?”

Unneccessary and cumbersome@ Oh my lord
Thank you for making this available.
Thank you TJW.
I think it is our Chief Minister that is out of control, and desperately hoping it will all go away.
There is no Father Christmas Terry.
TJW.
Thanks for posting this question. Although it is OK for Senator Ian Le Marquand to call his political collueages "liars" live on BBC Radio Jersey, I'll not stoop to that level myself. However what I will say is that Terry Le Sueur in his answer could very well be divorced from the truth.
He (TLS) says that the former Chief of Police, Graham Power QPM, had confirmed, in a letter, that he will be participating with the Napier review on March the 31st.
I have seen "evidence" that this is at best, a mistake on the Chief Minister's part, or at worst an out and out lie!
I am led to believe that Rico Sorda will be publishing this "evidence" on his Blog, possibly tonight.
It would be interesting if we could hear each and every one of the lackeys verbally defend this kind of behaviour rather than some foot stamping en masse.
TJW.
As a consequence of TLS's answer in your recording I have sent him an e-mail asking him to show us the letters
