Questions with out Answers. 09/10/12.

A Man I think that is out of his Depth.

1.  Deputy T.M. Pitman of St. Helier will ask the following question of the Chief Minister –

“What consideration, if any, was given to mirroring the key priorities of the United Kingdom’s Justice Ministry to ‘uphold people's civil liberties’ and ‘increase confidence in the justice system’ when the Ministerial system of government was adopted and what action, if any, is now being taken to protect local people against abuse of the law through the existing system?”

Was going to put up Question 2 but some clever person at the BBC pushed a button that put them playing records instead of the States?

10.  Deputy M. Tadier of St. Brelade will ask the following question of the Chief Minister–

“Following claims by a UK MP that four individuals have obtained an injunction under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005, to prevent allegations being made about them on a blog, is the Chief Minister aware of super injunctions being used in Jersey and, if so, has taxpayers’ money been used to deal with cases under the Data Protection Law which might otherwise be pursued as civil libel and defamation cases?”

Questions to the Chief Minister without Notice.

TheJerseyWay would like to Credit & Thank BBC Radio Jersey for making these recording's possible.

I would like to see Trevor Pitman come out with a lot of his attacks on people in public. He calls the CM a coward but you can hardly call using PP in an attempt to trash people un-cowardly can you?

TJW, I would be extremely grateful if you could put up question 2 regardless of what we can hear, many thanks pal.

The reason being that this is on the public record and shows that the BBC is complicite in helping conceal crimes in Jersey.

Hi Ian

I was going to do that for that reason, but just thought some wood tell me to take it off because it doesn't sound professional.

Will put it up as soon as I get time. Thanks
